A projektben 4 orsz\u00e1g: Belgium, Magyarorsz\u00e1g, Spanyolorsz\u00e1g \u00e9s Olaszorsz\u00e1g egy-egy iskol\u00e1ja vesz r\u00e9szt. A projekt c\u00e9lja, hogy cs\u00f6kkentse a korai iskolaelhagy\u00e1s, a lemorzsol\u00f3d\u00e1s vesz\u00e9ly\u00e9t, seg\u00edtse az iskol\u00e1ba \u00e9rkez\u0151 di\u00e1kok beilleszked\u00e9s\u00e9t, n\u00f6velje a di\u00e1kok motiv\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t. Ennek \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a di\u00e1kokat kort\u00e1rs mentorok (n\u00e1luk 1-2 \u00e9vvel id\u0151sebb di\u00e1kok) fogj\u00e1k seg\u00edteni, ak\u00e1r a tanul\u00e1sban, ak\u00e1r a szabadid\u0151 \u00e9rtelmes elt\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9ben.&nbsp; A projekt nyit\u00f3rendezv\u00e9ny\u00e9t 2019. okt\u00f3ber 15 &#8211; 17 k\u00f6z\u00f6tt tartott\u00e1k Belgium f\u0151v\u00e1ros\u00e1ban, Br\u00fcsszelben. Gimn\u00e1ziumunkat Leirern\u00e9 Katona \u00c1gnes, B\u00edr\u00f3 Edit \u00e9s Leirer Tibor k\u00e9pviselt\u00e9k.<br \/>\nA tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3 legfontosabb c\u00e9lja a projekt el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9se, az id\u0151beoszt\u00e1s \u00e9s a k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 munkaf\u00e1zisok r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9se, valamint a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151 tal\u00e1lkoz\u00f3k id\u0151pontjainak \u00e9s helysz\u00edneinek pontos\u00edt\u00e1sa volt. A projektben r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 orsz\u00e1gokat k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 tan\u00e1rok bemutatt\u00e1k iskol\u00e1jukat, megismerhett\u00e9k a t\u00f6bbi orsz\u00e1g iskolarendszer\u00e9t. A h\u00e1zigazd\u00e1k k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 el\u0151ad\u00e1sok seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel mutatt\u00e1k meg, hogyan m\u0171k\u00f6dhet egy hasonl\u00f3 jelleg\u0171 projekt, milyenek az eddigi tapasztalatok. Sz\u00f3 esett a mentorok kiv\u00e1laszt\u00e1s\u00e1nak szempontjair\u00f3l, felk\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l, a mentori munka szervez\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l, vagyis a konkr\u00e9t szakmai feladatokr\u00f3l is.
